JIMI got his first guitar lessons in the age of 7.
With 16 he started rapping and worked as a breakdance and graffiti trainer in social projects.
After graduating from high school he met NILS,
drummer and guitarplayer of “Quadriga” and a good friend of his sister
with whom he began to write rocksongs.
In the meantime JIMI became an editor and director for TV-series and musicvideos.
During an editing job he got introduced to ERIC,
sounddesigner/-engineer and guitarplayer of “Robin Cramer Accoustic”,
who mixed and mastered his first songs.
ERIC got more and more involved into the project, that he finally became another member of “The High Headz”.
Last but not least KRIS, ex drummer of “Adorian”
and old friend of ERIC..s, joined the band with a lot of enthusiasm.
The rest is history in the making…
“JIMI KOKE and The High Headz” just finished their first album “morning sun”, which releases 1st of April!!!
And right now the 4 boys are in the rehearsal room playing, playing, playing…
