Bandhistory
Since November 2004 we have been recording collaboratively using the internet to cross the boundaries of physical and idealogical geographies.

In July 2005 we recorded together live for the first time in the same place, at the same time in South West Germany.
(Gill visited again in October 2005 -Morgenblume) Following this we had enough songs to create our first album together "Ripples from the Pool of Time". Duo Cantores Errant is the musical partnership resulting from that process.

Album: Tales

Tales

Es waren mal zwei Musiker und ihre Freunde, die zusammenkamen,um euch einige Geschichte zu erzählen.
Our second album includes songs from a several genres from traditional folk through soft rock to pop.
On this album the help of friends is greatly appreciated.
Our friends Heydline, Bianca, CoonB and David James Knight have helped us to make this musical book of Tales, and we thank them all.

Album: Ripples from the Pool of Time

Ripples from the Pool of Time

"Ripples from the Pool of Time" the first album from Duo Cantores Errant

"A Stone was thrown into the Pool. The Water embraced it, and claimed it as its own.
But the Stone was Vibrant and Alive. It radiated outwards its message to the Life outside of itself, and outside of the Water. The Water could not bear to part with the Stone, but could not contain the Stone's tears, as it eternally called to the Life that had discarded it. So the Water added its strength to the tears of the Stone. It caused the tears to forever become echoes of the ripples that the Stone had made when it entered the Pool.
Sometimes if a Life will walk to the edge of the Pool, then it may hear the calling of the Stone.
If a Life braves the Water, then it may touch for an instant a ripple from the Pool of Time, and feel for itself the calling of the Stone, which is Joy in its Existence and Pain in its Seperation from Life. The calling is Love."
