Eberhard Anton: Gitarre
Dirk Gertheinrich: Drums
Wichard Harders: Bassgitarre
Joachim Warnecke: Saxophon, Gesang

This is the blues for the morning, the blues for the day,
but if you ask for a reason, don’t know what to say.
I’m in the mood for a blues the whole day long.
I have the tunes in my mind for a blues song.
This is the blues for the evening, the blues for the night.
The sun’s going down, and I don’t feel alright.
But if you meet me tomorrow or the other day,
my mood may be different and the blues gone away.
But today I feel a sorrow and I feel a pain.
There is nothing to win, no fortune to gain.
So I wait for the sunset to close my eyes.
‘Time’s a great healer’ will be my device.
This is the blues without reason, the blues without rhyme.
I can not explain, have to play all the time.
Do not inherit my blues cause it doubles the pain,
and all your cordially pity at the end is in vain.
So retain your good mood although I feel so sad.
Don’t believe my trick cyclist, who considers me mad.
And if my mood’s getting worse and my power is low,
the volume is turned down and the speed’s getting slow.
I feel the end of my song and the end of the day.
There ain’t nothing to sing and no more words to say.
But if you still ask me for the reason why,
it is the end of my lyrics and we say bye-bye.
