Ich hatte den drängenden Wunsch, das von den Beatles inspirierte Fabulous mit echten Sängern aufzunehmen. Ich danke Richard Bellinghausen und Pit Rauert dafür, dass sie ihn mir erfüllt haben.
Verständlich ist auch ihr Anliegen, nicht als einzige Sänger aus Fleisch und Blut auf einem Album zu erscheinen, auf dem sonst nur synthetisch erzeugte Stimmen zu hören sind. Deshalb veröffentliche ich diese komplett neu arrangierte und gemischte Version als Single mit einem echten Mehrwert.
Ich habe verschiedene Instrumente und Verstärker ausgetauscht und weitere - wie zum Beispiel Streicher - hinzugenommen. Der Mix klingt insgesamt wärmer und analoger als in der "offiziellen Version".
Der Text bezieht sich auf die Beatles und ist stilistisch von ihren Lyrics inspiriert. Das Mitlesen lohnt sich.
