**** blue notes for my dad ****
hier ist also ein live mitschnitt von nem GJ konzert,
sehr bluesige nach-mitternacht stimmung -
---------------------------------
Julia Hesselmann - vocals
Philipp Stephan - guitars
Nicolas Neubauer - bass
Rod Schnare - drums
Alle Rechte liegen bei Gravel Juice

Lately I heard that word got around
Of all the pleasure I found
Still it seems like I’m missing
A great part of me
18 years since you had to go back
They didn’t care ‘bout the ties that you had
To this place at that time
You meant nothing to them
But to us
See you back in town
See you back in town
See you back in town
When they let you out
We did make plans
But it all got messed up
We were writing you letters
But they caught them up
I guess there wasn’t a single picture
That reached you
See you back in town….
Now I’m sitting here
The night's almost gone
Chairs on the table
I wanna go home
They say that home’s in the heart
And that’s where you are
And that’s where you are
Of all the pleasure I found
Still it seems like I’m missing
A great part of me
18 years since you had to go back
They didn’t care ‘bout the ties that you had
To this place at that time
You meant nothing to them
But to us
See you back in town
See you back in town
See you back in town

We did make plans
But it all got messed up

That reached you
See you back in town….
Now I’m sitting here

And that’s where you are
And that’s where you are
