Wieder ein im Grunde schon älterer Song aus meiner "Frankfurter Periode". Es geht um jemand, der ziemlich viel erlebt (hat), aber im Grunde war alles nicht so wirklich das Gelbe vom Ei...naja, viele von uns kennen das vielleicht aus unserer eigenen Vergangenheit :-).
Es ist im Prinzip ein ganz simpler Rock-Song, den ich aber durch zwei "gegen-getaktete" Gitarren in den Strophen etwas "aufgeziegelt" habe. Dazu gibt es im Refrain eine Art Chor, der den Refrain-Text quasi kommentiert. Naja, so Zeugs hat man früher halt gemacht. Ach ja, ein Gitarrensolo gibt es auch, klar.
Verwendete Instrumente und Dinge:
- Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Model - Rhythmus-Gitarre Intro und Strophe rechts
- Gretsch Penguin - Rhythmus-Gitarre links
- Fender Stratocaster Ultra Luxe - Solo
Alle Gitarren über das ToneMaster Imperial MkII Plugin, bis auf das Solo, das verwendet das Soldano-Plugin von Neural DSP.
- Fender Jazz Bass über Helix Native (SVT Model)
- Session Organ von EZKeys
- EZDrummer3 (unbearbeitet, wie immer bei mir)
- Alle Stimmen über Fredenstein V.A.S. Preamp und Lewitt Mikros. Es gibt viel Text, daher ist der Strophen-Gesang etwas lauter als sonst bei mir, damit man etwas versteht. Man muss ja auch an die eigene Altersklasse denken...
Es ist keine Duesenberg und keine Hollywood Backup Girls zu hören.
