Strophe
- Duesenberg Starplayer TV - beide Soli
- Fender Jazz Bass
EDIT 30.12.2024: Drums -1dB

The roads I haven’t taken yet
(©2023 by Kurt Theurer)
Verse 1:
Driving down the highway, heading to the coast
Feeling kinda lonely, regretting what I've lost
Radio's playing softly, some old familiar song
Trying to forget you, but it's taking too damn long
Chorus:
Lost in my thoughts again, wondering where I belong
Trying to find my way, but I've been gone too long
Searching for a reason, trying to make some sense
Of all the choices I've made, and the roads I haven't taken yet
Verse 2:
Summer's almost over, and the leaves are turning brown
Nights are getting colder, and I'm feeling kind of down
Memories flooding in, like a river that won't stop
I try holding on to something, but it seeps away drop by drop
Chorus:
Lost in my thoughts again, wondering where I belong
Trying to find my way, but I've been gone too long
Searching for a reason, trying to make some sense
Of all the choices I've made, and the roads I haven't taken yet
Bridge:
Maybe it's time to start over, and leave this past behind
Maybe there's a new direction, waiting for me to find
Chorus:
Lost in my thoughts again, wondering where I belong
Trying to find my way, but I've been gone too long
Searching for a reason, trying to make some sense
