Rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten noch fertig geworden - mein Americana-Song, wie es sich in dem Genre gehört, ist es eine bittere Tragödie um eine junge Frau, naja, wie fast immer...
Ich habe hier erstmals eine gesamplete Pedal Steel (von Steinberg) eingesetzt, was gar nicht so leicht war, denn die Samples haben nicht immer so richtig gepasst, aber mit etwas Zeit und Mühe (viel Schneidarbeit) habe ich es doch noch hinbekommen, dass es so richtig "amtlich" klingt.
Die anderen Instrumente sind natürlich wie immer selbst gespielt, es handelt sich um:
- Stanford Crossroad 30 (Strophen und erstes kurzes Gitarrensolo zwischen erster und zweiter Strophe)
- Duesenberg Starplayer TV (End-Solo)
- Gretsch Penguin (Refrain-Tremolo-Gitarren)
- Fender Jazz Bass
-Yamaha PSR290 als MIDI Keyboard für diverse Piano- und Synthie-Sounds
Sonstige Dinge:
- Lewitt Mikrophone
- Fredenstein V.A.S. Micro Preamp
- UR22MKII Audio Interface
- Cubase 12 Pro
- Diverse Plugins von Steinberg, Sonox, Wave, Pulsar, East/West, Valhalla etc.
