Wieder ein Song, der auf einer wahren Begebenheit beruht. Es gab in meiner Jugendzeit einen allseits geschätzten Gastronom und Billard-King, der uns oft ermahnte, uns doch Zeit zu lassen - mit allem. Sein Spruch "Lasst's Euch Zeit!" ist heute noch legendär und wird noch hie und da zitiert...
Bei dem für meine Verhältnisse eher rockigen und "rauen" Song kommt wieder ein kleines Bass-Intro zum Beginn, auch zwischen den Strophen darf der Bass ein wenig mehr als sonst. Der Song hat das - für mich - typische Schema: Intro - Strophe - Refrain - Strophe - Bridge - Refrain - Solo - Refrain - Outtro. Das hat sich nicht nur bei mir bewährt :-)
Der Song ist sicher nicht so "over-produced" wie manche meiner letzten Werke, aber dafür sehr forsch und frisch drauflos gespielt, eine echte "Zwischen den Jahren" (gibt es ja bekanntlich nicht) Produktion, die auch "auswärts", also nicht zu Hause in Klosterneuburg entstanden ist.
Hat mir viel Spass gemacht und ging auch schnell :-)
