Vor nun mehr als zehn Jahren entstand die Schweizer Band Intoxicate. Anfänglich noch Haevy-metal änderte der Stil mit der Fastneubesetzung (ein Gründungsmitglied ist noch dabei) im Jahre 1998 zum innovativen und powervollen Crossover der besonderen Art. In dieser Besetzung ist unlängst schon die dritte CD erschienen und es scheint, als wären die Ideen noch lange nicht aufgebraucht.Wer wieder einmal guten Rock live geniessen möchte,

Intoxicate hails from Chur, Switzerland and was founded in the year 1991. Since then and especially over the past few years, the band’s style has developed from pure heavy metal to form the unmistakable sound of Intoxicate (a mix of grunge, crossover and metal). Their original compositions are influenced by the band members’ different personalities.
Their unique sound is created by a charismatic singer accompanied by two guitars, a full bass and groovy power drums.

Originaire de Coire (Chur) en Suisse Intoxicate a été formé dans l'année 1991. Depuis ce temps-là le group a developé son style unique - power-rock. Les compositions sont influencées par chaque membre, son personnalité et ses propres experiences et influences musicales. Le son unique est créé par une voix charismatique accompagné par deux guitares puissantes et cadencées par un duo rythmique basse et batterie riche et varié.
