The Crib - Mirrors

i think i've lost my direction/ after drinking my mind
this door has been finally opened up/ after i pushed everything aside
and so i stand by my window
one footstep leads to another/ i ended up where i began
i assumed i was running in circles/ so i started to understand
so i watched out my window/ asking myself whether to fall or fly

i think i should go/ what will be i don't know
only the future contains the answer
will i fall will i fly/ or am i gonna die
my biggest wish is to find out/ so i will go out and try

i don't know where i was going/ until i crashed into a wall
it tried everything to hold me back/ my name was written upon it all
so i consider to cross it
not even a single piece of light/ shone down on me
but after all i did i realized/ it's not a wall but it's a mirror i see
so i consider to cross it/ but the i found the wall is trying to cross me

i doubted myself and all i believed in
but now that i fall i start seeing clearly
now that i'm back on my feet/ have trust in all my beliefs, no more lies that i'm eating
there is nothing at all/ there's no window or wall which could stop or defeat me
