Madbob - Ukraine

Mein Vater wurde 1938 in Solotwyno (slowakisch Slatinské Doly, ) geboren. Damals gehörte dieses Gebiet Transkarpatien noch zur Tschechoslowakei. Heute ist das die westliche Ukraine. Mein Grossvater wurde damals als Beamte von Prag aus in dieses Gebiet eingesetzt. Darum empfinde ich bis heute eine tiefe Verbundenheit mit der Ukraine und ausserdem als Tscheche, also die slawische Gemeinschaft. Ich selber musste während des Prager Frühlings mit meinen Eltern vor den Russen in die Schweiz flüchten. Auch damals war das die grosse Bruderhilfe !!!!
