RUNNING WITH THE WOLVES
I grew up in the wild, I was a wild child
I got lost in the wood, that’s no good
It took me years and years to find my way
And sleep under a roof
But every time there’s a blue moon
I’m running with the wolves
I learned to hunt, I learned to kill
I learned to howl, I love it still
She found me there, I called her Mom
They didn’t care where I was from
I played around with my furry friends
Man’s a wolf, some people say, but I don’t think that’s so
Man does things a wolf would never do
I grew up in the wild, I was a wild child
I got lost in the wood, that’s no good
It took me years and years to find my way
And sleep under a roof
But every time there’s a blue moon
I’m running with the wolves
I learned to hunt, I learned to kill
I learned to howl, I love it still
She found me there, I called her Mom
They didn’t care where I was from
I played around with my furry friends
Man’s a wolf, some people say, but I don’t think that’s so
Man does things a wolf would never do
