HARDBLADE - Almost

This track is about someone who´s in a coma, captured between two worlds: his mind and his outside body. Slowly degenerating, fading away while his family and friends try to bring him back by telling him how much they love him and want him to return to life. Their words and love are coming through to him but he´s battling to find his way back

Dense fog is lurking in the dark
distant voices, scattered, miss their mark
unreal scenery, can´t focus, outlines blurred
sharp pain, it all just goes unheard

I hear the cries of the forsaken

Why the hell won´t they just take me?

Hands shake, a whisper brushes past my face
Faint light, breaking through this shadowed place
