Die Rough Roostars sind wieder unterwegs um das zu machen, was sie am besten können: Live spielen! Seit mittlerweile drei Jahren entern sie die Bühnen der Republik, von der Küste bis in die Alpen.
Das hätte am Anfang wohl keiner der 5 Hitzköpfe gedacht, doch im Laufe der Zeit erspielten sich die Jungs aus der Hauptstadt eine breite Fanbase. Rock..n..Roll auf und um der Bühne, ein treibendes Rhythmusbrett, fette Gitarren und der Gesang des charismatischen Frontmanns ziehen einen in den Bann.
Mit Energie geladener Musik und den durchdachten Lyrics lassen sich die Rough Roostars als Bannerträger einer kritischen Generation verstehen, die aufrichtig und aufmerksam den großen und kleinen Missständen unserer Zeit auf den Zahn fühlen.
Mit ihrem aktuellen Album “Don’t eat yellow snow” (produziert von Volker Vorndamme, veredelt von Andi Jung) im Gepäck, werden sie im April 2010 in Deutschland und im Mai 2010 in die Schweiz unterwegs sein. Once only known as an underground tip in East-Berlin, the five-man band has developed into an amazing live band within two years. Pure energy, a charismatic frontman, and a positive aura turn regular concerts into a mind-blowing trip, leading the audience on a journey through a jungle of funkgrooves, punkhymns, Drum ‘n’ Bass beats and classical vocal singing. Influenced by solid rock music, the spirit of the band thrives on high voltage guitars and tight rhythms.
