It was Frank Zappa who once said “the computer can’t tell you the emotional story. It can give you the exact mathematical design, but what’s missing is the eyebrows” – well, or just Loopster…
Loopster is Sascha Kratzer (born 1976), a German musician, singer-songwriter and producer. His music sums up in an electic combination of colorful samples, drummachines, synthesizers and sound effects rolling over smart electronic rock- and popgrooves – basement and framework for his powerful and sensitive voice.
Starting 1991 he initially gained first international music experience as frontman and singer of the band Destiny Dreaming. 2004 he established his studio Loungery Records where he is producing music for advertising, films, bands and more – as a matter of fact Kratzer is one of the most influential producers in this area, since he unites fresh faces of style arranging intensive, groundbreaking and innovative music.
AstralsAstrals is the first studio album of german producer, singer and songwriter Sascha Kratzer aka Loopster and co-producer Pepe Giner. The album was recorded during five years of intensive work in Germany and Brazil and will be released under Kratzer’s own label and studio “Loungery Records”. It features guest appearances by Tim Rilke, Helge Henrich, Alexander Ninnig and Oud player Khalid from Abu Dhabi.
